I don't get.  If DBM want a RHEL subscription, why won't they get it directly from an RH VAR.  Do they really need to bid it out?
As far as the tech support aspect, you can set your own bounds in your bid, can't you?

Drexx,  that posting didnt set any bounds on the scope and bounds of support. Think of getting paged everyday and being requested to go onsite for every single,  inane reason being attributed to the server. Php95k for a year on an unbounded support like that would be a steal for the requestor, and a scourge for the unwary bid winner. my jaded 2 centavos. ciao!
