It should be easy to create several small apps (if it's really only to host
an image file) for free on Google App Engine, Heroku, OpenShift, etc.

Maybe, at the minimum, write some instructions on how to bookmark the image
URL on a smartphone?

Also, to make it easy to type the image URL on a smartphone, we should
create a short URL for it (and most URL shortener services conveniently
provide a QR code, so you don't have to type anything anymore).
