I did a PLDT Weroam speed test sampling today, from an undisclosed
area in Pasay city :) My observation is that it's *not* an ideal
Internet connection for doing network- and application-layer scanning
work. On the IP layer, the latency times are not nice. On the
application layer, my connection sometimes gets dropped, and it'll be
late for me to notice that some of the web-application tests have not
been executed.
