[Boost-testing] Trunk markup vs. release markup

In trying to diagnose two cases where the release regression report
seems to be ignoring test failure markup, it looks as if
branches/release markup is being ignored and trunk markup used, even for
release testing.

Is that a mistake in the regression reporting script or the result of a
conscious decision?
