Support Engineers.
- at least 1 year experience installation, managing and troubleshooting
Linux Servers, preferably RH, TurboLinux and Suse
- experienced in installing, configuring and troubleshooting HTTP/FTP
(specifically Apache), proxy and DNS services
- can adapt to multicultural environment
- customer focused (preferably with helpdesk experience)
- excellent English skills both written and oral
- 3rd party certification is not required, but can be an advantage
