Unlikely. Internetpulse.net inicated the problems were mostly with
AT&T's backbone. Ubuntu's servers are off Level3's backbone, and
BitTorrenting downloaders would be everywhere.
Also, I don't think Ubuntu is popular enough to saturate all the tubes
just yet. Patch Tuesday from MSFT probably generates orders of
magnitude more traffic, and still doesn't clog the net as a whole.
