I love rawdog and have used it for a few years. I am having a problem
with Rawdog 2.10 (from unbuntu) crashing on a feed. The feed is
located at:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/preshrunk-rss2
I attached a copy of the feed at the time it was causing an error for
me.
I'm not a python programmer (normally c/c++/java/perl/php), but I
modified rawdog.py to print the feed URL when it gets a
UnicodeDecodeError. This way the user can at least disable the feed
causing the problem. See the attached rawdog.py at line 1165.
I also attached the stack trace for the crash. I did some basic
googling but could not figure out the issue in my limited free time.
If anyone could figure this out and send me a patch I'd greatly
appreciate it.
