if you want to migrate the quick-r system, you may backup the radius config files (users, realms, clients, NAS). for the postgresql dbase, you may run the sql dump to perform a back-up or restore. for more about postgresql, visit the postgresql website. you'll find what you need there in order to perform a successfull back-up/restore of your database.
