[Gimp-docs] Monitorresolution in the first setup to be remov…

I'm currently editing the german version of the manual and wiping out
some oddity. I found that we're describing the calibration dialog for
the monitor resolution at the first start, but it isn't anymore shown at
the startup.

I'll wipe that out, unless somebody stops me. Just in case it's going to
come back, which I don't think.
