Hi everyone,
My thanks go out to Andy Sy who let me know through the PLUG mailing
list of problems with lists.free.net.ph. I don't know since when this
was down, but it looks like the problem started sometime mid-July.
I was able to isolate the problem today and have verified that mailing
list services are back up. Old mail to the lists was not delivered but
wasn't lost, either. I am finding a way to have all of these delivered,
albeit VERY late. In the meantime, please resend any important mail you
sent out to the lists.
